Chemical and bacteriological certification ensures food safety

As part of the production process SITTA undertake consistent testing of all raw material.  Testing consists of trace element identification (chemical) and bacteriological testing.  This chemical and bacteriological testing, which is an intrinsic part of the production process, allows SITTA to certify its products, and the typical composition is printed on every box of our wood briquettes.

Customers can be assured that there are no contaminants which could compromise food safety and ensure that they comply with HACCP legislation.
